We are a family gym that has served the greater Jacksonville community since 1988. We care about the health and wellness of our members and it is the focus of our owners and our staff. The moment you walk in our doors and are greeted by our staff we encourage you to be the healthiest version of you . We offer many fun ways to exercise and be active for the whole family including cardio equipment, weightlifting equipment, indoor &outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi tub, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and so much more! Whether your looking to build muscle, slim down a little, or just get yourself active we invite you to check us out.
