We’re gonna start this conversation because cheer demands a lot from your body.
✔️ Full out after full out.
✔️ Stunts that require power, control, & timing at the end of your routine when you’re already gassed
✔️ Practices that run long
✔️ Weightlifting to get stronger
✔️ A season that doesn’t let up while you’re juggling school, work, and trying to have some semblance of a life in-between
And yet? No one in cheer wants to talk about the fact that to train like an elite level athlete, you have to fuel your body like one.
You already know you should eat better as an athlete. Knowing was never the problem. Nobody taught you how to actually do it in a way that fits your life and the demands of this sport.
We set out to create a practical resource to teach you how to use food as a tool to build the physical capacity every cheerleader needs: the power to hit, the stamina to hit again, and the recovery to do it tomorrow.
Skills you can drill. Physical capacity? You have to *build* it.
Fueled to Hit is a system that teaches you how to build it with the food you eat so you can feel confident everytime you step on the mat that your body can handle the demand it takes to hit. 👏
