As a lifelong athlete, I never imagined there would be days when I needed a cane or even a walker just to get around. I refuse to geaux back! Every workout, every rep and every push forward is personal. This journey is bigger than fitness, it’s about fighting for my strength, independence and quality of life.

My disability may be invisible, but my determination is undeniable. I will keep pushing. I will keep fighting. I will keep showing up! 🙌🏾
