Such a hot take 🫣 but this level of honesty with MYSELF is what sparked actual progress.

You can be deeply compassionate with yourself and stop letting yourself off the hook!

It’s good to pause and discern: is this something that genuinely needs grace right now… or is it an excuse that’s keeping me from the things I say I value?

As moms, we will probably always be tired in some capacity. But personally…I don’t want tired (or whatever else I may be feeling) to become the reason I stop choosing the things that make me feel strong, healthy, clear-minded, and like myself.

Grace is good. But so is follow through
