7 years of marriage & it just keeps getting better and better ❤️🔥
Sometimes life just starts feeling a little… blah 😂 or we just hit luteal. Whatever we wanna call it LOL. and I’ve realized I usually don’t need some huge change. I just need to do something different and mix it up, make it fun, interesting, etc 😊
Little things really can make you feel excited about your life again. You don’t always need a completely new routine or huge life change… sometimes you just need to make the one you have feel a little more fun!!
But for REAL!!! Best piece of advice I’ve ever gotten 😂🍔
Mamas with big dreams and a lot of drive, youve found the right place!!! 🤙🏼🩷 tell me what lights you up, I wanna get to know you!!
I think a lot of moms assume they’re inconsistent because they lack discipline.
Meanwhile you’re getting everyone dressed, fed and where they need to be. You’re remembering appointments, buying groceries, keeping up with the house, working, doing bedtime, waking up with kids in the middle of the night, and so much more
You don’t lack discipline mama😂 you’ve just gotten REALLY good at using all of it for everyone else.
Our 24 hours look so different now than they did before & you cannot keep trying to take care of yourself the same way you did before kids.
So let it look different!!
Taking care of yourself in motherhood will require more flexibility, not less commitment.
Some days you’ll absolutely crush it. Some days you’ll do the bare minimum.
It ALL counts. It all compounds:)
Stop waiting for the version of your life where taking care of yourself becomes convenient. It likely never will
But let that encourage you! Because you have the disciple, the drive, the ability to get after it. You just need to apply that to YOU💪🏼

You don’t have the same 24 hours you had before kids. You don’t have the same flexibility, the same uninterrupted time, the same amount of sleep, or the ability to literally build your day around you.
If you want to hit your goals, you have to stop trying to do it the way you used to do it
Your workout will probably be shorter. Your kids will probably be needing you in between sets. You might have to eat the same easy lunch every day of the week because that’s what makes the most sense. Maybe someday you crush it other days you’re just doing enough to continue keeping the promise to yourself & showing up
You can still be a priority and you should still be a priority. And you might surprise yourself and become the strongest version of you in the busiest season you’ve lived yet.
Just might look different & that’s ok 🩷
