The last few months have been crazy busy, and honestly, that’s a blessing.
Forged Fitness has continued to grow, my schedule has stayed full, and I’ve been focused on helping my clients become the best version of themselves. But somewhere along the way, I stopped holding myself to the same standard.
I didn’t fall off. I didn’t quit. I didn’t lose sight of my why.
I just slipped.
I got so caught up in building something I’m passionate about that I started putting my own goals on the back burner. Looking back, I know I could’ve balanced both better.
The thing is, accountability doesn’t just apply to my clients. It applies to me too.
So it’s time to practice what I preach. Time to get back to being intentional with my training, my nutrition, and my mindset. Not because I have to, but because that’s who I am.
I’m thankful for every client that’s trusted me with their fitness journey, and I’m thankful to have Cain pushing me in the gym and keeping me accountable too.
We’re all going to get sidetracked from time to time. The important part is recognizing it, owning it, and getting back to work.
Stay disciplined. Stay Forged. 🔥
