Boys Soccer
Columbia Central 8, Manchester 1: The Golden Eagles remained undefeated in Cascades Conference action at home Monday. Eli Hawley finished with four goals and two assists. Dylan Stiles, Auden Kennedy, Carter Hackworth and David Munro each scored one goal for CCHS. The Golden Eagles are 5-0 in conference play.
Grass Lake 3, Jonesville 1: Warriors improved to 3-2-1 in Cascades Conference play with the road win. Emmanuel Kongste, Gunnar Harbottle, and Adam Fautsch scored for Grass Lake. It was the first varsity goal for Fautsch.
Onsted 5, Hillsdale 1: The Wildcats earned a road win in Lenawee County Athletic Association play Monday.
Ypsilanti 3, Jackson 1: Wyatt Green of Jackson High School scored on a penalty kick in the first half for the Vikings.
Girls Golf
Jackson at Clinton Redwolves Invitational: Jackson High School finished seventh in the 18-hole event scoring 496. Emery Waldron finished fifth overall with 102 for Jackson. For complete results of the Clinton Redwolves Invitational go to https://www.iwanamaker.com/event/214398.
Concord LMIGG jamboree: East Jackson finished second overall in the nine-hole event at Concord Hills Golf Course scoring 296. Haley Stimer of Concord earned medalist honors with a 48, teammate Mya Barrett was third scoring 57, and Rachael McArthur of East Jackson placed fifth with a 63. I-8 Jamboree at Pennfield: Marshall finished third (416), Western was fourth (418), and Northwest finished sixth (441) at Pennfield. Anna Thompson of Marshall finished fifth (90), Ava Webb of Northwest was eighth (95), and Jillian Barnes of Western finished 11th (98). Northwest 6, Coldwater 2: The Mounties swept the singles competitions with wins by Nathan Cumings, Reed Clark, Bode Rush, and Levi Youngman at Nos. 1-4, respectively.
