Looking for a way to get moving without having to find a babysitter? Bring your little one along!

The City of Jackson Parks and Recreation Department’s Baby and Me Exercise Class gives parents and caregivers a chance to exercise, connect with other parents, and spend time with their little ones.

Instructor Allie Baldwin leads baby-and-me exercises, including yoga-inspired movements and exercises that use your baby as resistance.

Parents of little ones, this class is for you! Join us at the Boos Recreation Center for a new Baby and Me Exercise Class designed to help parents stay active while spending time with their little one.

Instructor Allie Baldwin will lead an hour of baby-and-me exercises, including yoga-inspired movements and activities that use your baby as resistance. It's also a great opportunity to meet and connect with other parents and babies in the community.
