Today was absolutely lovely ! Even with its small imperfections. First , I arrived to the Brooklyn Studio and realized I put on my yoga pants that had burn marks from a bonfire 🔥 which reminded me that I had happy memories of that fire and it was fantastic. Small little holes ? Perfectly imperfect (Hollie quote ) No Big deal . That’s life 🙂 Sun shined into the studio and even though we couldn’t quite get the fan right … EVERYTHING fell into place for a beautiful class. Real women, real energy, raw emotion . Second , planned an outdoor personal yoga party class . But Mother Nature had different plans . We decided to practice inside … we opened the door ….. listened to the sounds of Sand Lake, waves of water , lake life …. Then the rain came right when we started Shavasana. The sound of the gentle rain , the feel of the cool air through the doors ………. Surreal! 🧘🏾As I drove home I gave thanks and gratitude 🙏🏽 God is good .
