Maxum BJJ/MMA of Long Island welcomes all practitioners, of all ages, genders, body types, and reasons for training. We're here to teach those, who want to learn the worlds greatest martial arts and have a lot of fun doing it! Here at Maxum, you can learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kick boxing, wrestling MMA. Family, police and active military discounts too. The hardest part, is putting the ego or the fear aside, and walking in the door.
