NEPAL NEEDS YOUR HELP 💔😭
Nepal is going through an incredibly difficult time after the devastating floods. Families have lost loved ones, homes and everything they had.
We’re sharing this with one main goal to reach people who can help. Please consider making a donation through the official Government of Nepal relief fund.
Even a small contribution can make a difference. If you can’t donate, please share this post so it reaches someone who can. ❤️

Close out August under the full moon. 🌕
Evelyn and Dru Ali of Sacred Liiight guide 90 minutes of stillness, reflection, and renewal during the full moon portal, and it’s more layered than a typical sound bath.
You’ll open with cacao, guided meditation, and gentle Holy Fire® Self-Reiki. From there, you’ll explore your Human Design chart through simple reflections and journal prompts, an unusually concrete doorway into self-inquiry.
The evening closes with Sacred Liiight’s signature live Sound Healing Journey: crystal singing bowls, sacred instruments, and Ajna Light Therapy, a soft flickering light (eyes closed the whole time) that helps the brain settle into the kind of deeply meditative states experienced practitioners reach after years of practice.
If your mind has ever felt too busy to meditate, this is the doorway. You lie down. You receive it. That’s the assignment.

Heat does something effort can’t. ♨️
Warmed basalt stones, placed at specific points on the body, convince the muscle to let go before you’ve decided to. That’s the whole premise of this one: two hours of full Restorative Yoga with thermotherapy doing the work you’ve been trying to do yourself all summer.
TOMORROW! Saturday, August 22nd, Sam and Marianne pair a fully supported restorative sequence with an immersive sound healing on crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments. The long, propped holds tell your nervous system it’s safe to rest. The heat makes it easier to believe.
You’ll leave warmer, quieter, and noticeably lighter.
Limited to 15 people, and everyone goes home with a small gift.
Bring socks and a light long-sleeve top.
📅 Saturday, August 22 | 4:00 to 6:00 PM

When was the last time you turned everything off? Not just your phone. Your senses. 🌒
Pratyahara, the fifth limb of yoga, is the practice of drawing the senses inward. It’s the bridge between the outer practices (posture, breath) and the inner ones (concentration, meditation). In a world engineered to keep your attention pulled outward, it might be the most needed practice of all.
Here’s what that looks like in a room: dim light, slow deliberate movement, long holds, and 90 minutes where nothing is asked of you. Chris guides the philosophy and the flow. Jonah closes with quartz crystal singing bowls.
You can practice with an Iyengar head wrap if you’d like, a simple and surprisingly powerful tool for turning the volume down on the outside world. Eyes closed works beautifully too.
No experience needed. All levels, all bodies.
