Last week, we held our belt promotion examination.

Robert, at 68 years old and despite having a heart condition, successfully completed the 10-man kumite and passed his examination for Shodan (1st-degree black belt).

This achievement is a true testament to the years of hard training, dedication, and perseverance he has put into karate. His determination and mental strength are truly remarkable.
