The OC Blues Collective is a collaborative effort creating a supportive and inclusive community for social Blues dance in Orange County, California. OCBC hosts small, in-person social dance events with dance instruction, DJ’d music, as well as a food potluck for an environment of camaraderie between people who love to dance to Blues music. There are currently COVID-19 precautions in place: Vax Only - Proof of vaccination required for in-person events.

Starts this Saturday! Come for one or all. This is a 3-week series, but you can come for just one or two weeks. If you aren’t registering online, please allow plenty of time to register in person before the 1 o’clock start time. The front desk staff is limited, and the website will not prorate. So excited to see you there!

Registration is open. Wish there was an intensive Blues dance series? Now there is one! 3-week Blues Dance Series in July: This is a special series to develop and deepen your dance skills. Whether you are new to Blues dancing or an experienced enthusiast, we will start with fundamentals and then work on several types of Blues dances like Jukin’, Ballroomin’ and Texas Shuffle. We will end the series with a solo routine. Be ready to grow your musicality! Invite friends new to dancing! Let’s continue to build this inclusive community.
Saturdays, July 11,18, and 25, 2026 from 1-4:30 pm. Instructors and Hosts: Lisa Montagne with Matthew Gunther. Each week includes a class and social dancing. Parking in a small lot and on the street.
