Day 7: Sacred Architecture & Rooted Strength 🏛️🗿✨

Today’s theme, Sacred Architecture & Rooted Strength, invited us to slow down and honor the ancient wisdom encoded directly into the Earth and stones.

We spent the day exploring Sacsayhuamán and Q'enqo; two places of incredible spiritual power and history. Standing before the monumental megalithic walls of Sacsayhuamán, it’s impossible not to feel deeply grounded. Built with massive stones fitted together so perfectly without mortar that even centuries of earthquakes haven't moved them, it stands as a breathtaking symbol of strength, protection, and master engineering. From there, we entered Q'enqo, an ancient sacred labyrinth and underground temple carved directly out of solid limestone. Walking into its cool stone chambers, where ritual offerings, astronomical ceremonies, and honors to Pachamama once took place, left us in absolute awe of how the Quechuas lived in total unity with nature.

After connecting with the ancient stones, we enjoyed a fabulous lunch, browsed for soft baby alpaca treasures, and immersed ourselves in the colors and sights of San Pedro Market.

We wrapped up this beautiful day with another incredible dinner, stepping out of our comfort zone to try authentic Peruvian ceviche!

Grateful for the strength under our feet, the wisdom in these stones, and the joy of sharing another unforgettable day together. 🇵🇪🦙✨

Day 6: Rainbow Mountain (Rising into Radiance) 🏔️❄️✨

Today was an early, breathtaking adventure to the top of the world. Centering around our theme, Rising into Radiance, it was a reminder to take it breath by breath and honor the journey to our own inner summit.

Thanks to Armando’s great advice, we set off at 4:00 AM to beat the crowds. On the drive, he showed us a beautiful piece of history: three bridges side-by-side representing different eras: Inka, colonial, and modern. We, of course had to walk the Inka bridge 😉

To help with acclimation and save our legs, we took motorcycles up the final stretch. It was such a fun ride! At the summit (16,522 ft!), we were greeted by fresh falling snow dusting the vibrant colors of Rainbow Mountain. Standing up there was absolute magic and surreal.

We walked back down to ground ourselves, and take in all that Pachamama was offering us. Some of us had to get on our butts and slide down… (it was me! I was that someone 🤣).

When we got back to Cusco after our 3.5 scenic ride, the city was alive with street music and traditional performances. It was a must to sit down on the street steps and enjoy the dances.

Grateful for the high vibes, the sacred land, and every breath of this trip. 🇵🇪🌈✨

Day 5: Wisdom in Community (Reciprocity & Reverence) 🥁🏔️

We honored the theme of Ayni (reciprocity) and deep reverence today, starting with a spontaneous side quest to Ñaupa Iglesia, an ancient portal that had been calling to us loudly the day before. The high-vibrational energy of that site was undeniable and left us completely elevated.

We were guided every step of the way by Armando, who held such beautiful space for our group and anchored each site with his rich knowledge and wisdom.

Together, we explored the stunning Pisac archaeological site high above the valley, followed by the colorful energy of the Pisac Market. The rhythm of Peru clearly captured our hearts, as three of us walked away with traditional hand-crafted drums!

We wrapped up the day with a scenic drive up into Cusco, where we were greeted by the city's lively pulse, vibrant culture, and another incredible meal.

Carrying the ancient wisdom of community and reverence with us as we step into this new chapter of our journey. 🇵🇪✨

Soulful Goddesses Day 4: Integration & Rest

After days of high-energy travel and awe-inspiring sites, today was all about slowing down and letting the experience settle deep into our bones. Integration is just as vital to the journey as the exploration itself.

We started with a slow, gentle morning before moving through a soul-nourishing yoga practice & journaling right in the sanctuary of the mountains. Our boutique hotel had the perfect setting for an outdoor yoga class complete with Coya, the golden retriever host 🐾💕

For lunch, we headed to the local distillery, another incredible recommendation from our host, Tony. Afterwards, we spent a peaceful afternoon wandering the Urubamba market, connecting with local artisans and picking up handmade goods.

We wrapped up the evening back home, sharing stories and warmth over Tony’s delicious wood-fired pizza night.

So grateful for the permission to pause, breathe, and simply be. 🇵🇪🌾✨

Soulful Goddesses Day 3: Sacred Vision & Becoming 🏔️✨

Today, the mountains called us higher. We took the scenic train ride through the lush valley into Aguas Calientes, where our guide, Victor, met us to share the deep history and spiritual significance of Machu Picchu and found a perfect place for us to do a coca leaf offering to Pachamama 🍃

Between exploring circuits, we found a quiet moment to sit, share the fruit and cheese we’d carried with us, and ground ourselves. It was the perfect pause before stepping onto the breathtaking panoramic circuit.

Our intention for this day was Sacred Vision, to allow the magic of this sanctuary to open our eyes to new possibilities, and to let the vision of the sacred hold our becoming. Standing above the ancient stone temples, wrapped in the mist of the Andes, you can’t help but feel transformed.

We captured our iconic photos, but the real magic happened when we lay down on the grass for a mini savasana, anchoring that ancient, sacred energy deep into our souls.

After soaking in every view, we headed down for lunch, browsed the local markets for treasures, and took the train back through the mountains.

We ended the evening with an incredible dinner at El Albergue, another masterpiece recommended by our hotel host, who happens to be a proper chef.

Holding this sacred vision close as we continue to unfold. 🇵🇪⛰️
