Have you ever had a defining moment? A moment you never want to forget? A moment you know will stay with you forever?
That was this moment at youth camp.
I was worshiping when my boys left their seats and stood on either side of me. I wrapped my arms around them, and for a moment I was overwhelmed with emotion.
It was a full-circle moment.
I didn’t grow up in church or attend youth group. But the summer after I gave my life to Jesus, I volunteered with Global Youth Ministries to help lead youth camps.
I was 19 years old, incredibly introverted, and as nervous as could be. But I knew God was calling me to step outside of my comfort zone, and saying “yes” changed the trajectory of my life.
It was one of the best summers of my life.
Fast forward to this past week.
I returned to youth camp, this time as a leader pouring into a group of 6th-grade girls as they grew deeper in their walk with Jesus. At the same time, I watched my own boys experience camp for the very first time.
Years ago, during our journey through infertility, I wondered if this day would ever come. I prayed for children. I prayed for moments like these.
And then, in the middle of worship, I realized I was living the very prayers I had once cried out to God.
These boys will always be my heart.
I’m also so thankful we’ve found a church The Church of Eleven22 that truly feels like home—a place where our family can plant deep roots, grow in our faith, and do life alongside people who love Jesus.
I left camp with a heart full of gratitude—for these moments, these memories, and for a God whose faithfulness has far exceeded anything I could have imagined. ❤️ Eleven22 Students

Sometimes you need to see it reflected back at you to fully appreciate the investment you’ve made.
If you know me, you know I’m my own toughest critic. I’m hard on myself in almost every area of life (not always a good thing, I know). But that desire to grow, to challenge myself, and to become better has also created a life built on discipline.
Discipline creates habits.
Discipline creates routine.
Discipline creates growth.
Discipline changes you.
Last night, my husband snapped this picture on our date night, and I couldn’t help but smile.
As he looked at me, he said, “See, babe… the work is working.”
Sometimes that’s exactly what we need to hear.
It’s okay to be goal-oriented, but it’s just as important to pause and celebrate the small victories along the way.
Last night’s victory? Wearing a dress that was just outside my comfort zone… and seeing my husband’s face light up when I walked out and said, “I’m ready.”
Moments like that make every 5 a.m. workout, every hard set, every choice to stay consistent worth it.
Because this journey has never been just about the number on the scale.
It’s about becoming stronger.
It’s about building confidence.
It’s about proving to yourself that consistency compounds.
I’m not where I want to be yet.
But I’m so much closer than I was when I started.
And that’s worth celebrating. 🤍

I can encourage everyone around me.
But when it comes to my own journey? I start to doubt.
Is this working?
Why do they seem so much further along?
What am I missing?
Then a moment happened.
We were doing yard work and my husband said, “Wait, babe.”
He grabbed his phone and said, “You need to see this moment.”
When he showed me the photo, he said,
“I know you don’t see it… but your body is changing.”
I just sat there, stunned.
For 16 months I’ve been showing up—5 days a week.
Strength. Abs. Cardio.
And since January? 35 minutes a day on the stair stepper.
Not always loving it.
But doing it anyway.
I’ve been humbled on this journey, but also amazed at my own grit and determination.
I feel like I’m fighting for every pound…
But I also know I’m doing something I’ve never done before.
And in a world where physiques take years to build—
Why would I let comparison steal my joy?
I can’t compare my year 1 to someone else’s year 5.
I have to stay in my lane.
Stay focused.
Trust the process.
And maybe most importantly—
Celebrate the small wins along the way.
Because the only way I don’t succeed…
is if I quit.
And quitting? That’s just not in me.

If you happen to see my sexy man today, be sure to wish him a Happy Birthday! 🎉
Mr. Walton — you are the best man I know.
You’re not perfect, but you are absolutely perfect for this Walton Tribe.
The way you love us, serve us, and lead our family is more than I ever could have prayed for.
Who would’ve thought two young kids would build the life we have today?
I’m so thankful for every birthday I’ve gotten to celebrate with you, and I’m even more excited for all the ones ahead.
Growing older with you is truly my favorite part of life.
Thank you for being such a good man. ❤️
We are all better because you are YOU.
Happy Birthday, babe — we love you so much! .walt47

The waiting is so hard.
Waiting for answered prayers.
Waiting for direction.
Waiting in the limbo of uncertainty.
And yet, it’s often in the waiting that the Lord does His deepest refining—if we trust Him through the journey.
I love the story of Joseph because I know he thought his breakthrough had come when the Chief Cupbearer was restored. Surely he would remember him… surely he would be free.
But he wasn’t.
Not for months.
Not for a year.
For two more years.
Two years of waiting for something he didn’t deserve.
Do you think he doubted? Questioned? Felt frustrated?
I do. He was human.
But God was with him in the waiting. And when the time was right, Joseph became exactly who God said he would be.
I waited 5 years to become a mother. It wasn’t without tears, doubts, or questions—but it was filled with sweet moments with the Lord. I learned to trust Him no matter what the future held.
And now, 12 years later, the waiting was worth it.
For these Walton boys ❤️
Don’t give up, friends.

Today 21 years ago I gave my best “I DO.”
I could have never imagined at the age of 20 how my choice to say “I do” would change my life forever.
I could have never imagined all that God would have in store for these two young kids with no plan except they knew they loved each other and wanted to grow up together.
Life is both messy and beautiful full of so many ups and downs and I couldn’t imagine walking through life without this man.
He is my husband.
He is my best friend.
He is the one who knows all my fears.
He is the one who holds me when I just need to cry.
He is the one who drives me the craziest.
He is the one who makes me feel like the only girl on Earth.
He is the one who has always believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself.
He is the one who has taught me healthy communication and the importance of fighting for one another.
He is the one who makes me both laugh and want to throat chop him.
He is the one who helped me to become who I am today.
Recently I had a patient say “my husband gave me the confidence to be me. He was the first person who ever made me feel beautiful and gave the confidence to hold my head high knowing he loved me.”
I thought to myself that’s my husband.
That’s my Christopher.
His love has changed me into the person I am today and I’m so forever grateful.
Praying we get another twenty years together to walk through life with our Walton Tribe.
Marriage isn’t easy friends. Don’t ever quit because it’s hard. Keep pushing to the other side because trust me it’s worth it to do the work.
Happy Anniversary Mr. Walton .walt47 ❤️

Happy Father’s Day to the man who is our everything. .walt47 loves hard, protects us fiercely, and keeps us all on our toes with his shenanigans. He isn’t just my best friend…he is their best friend as well. Their daddy is their hero and honestly isn’t that how it should be? I’m thankful the Lord blessed me with a man I am honored to have my boys look up to. He is one of a kind and not everyone’s cup of tea but he sure is my favorite flavor!
Thank you for all you do for us Mr. Walton the dad to the Walton Tribe ❤️
Thankful for such a peaceful, relaxing day doing what you enjoy yesterday. Unplugged and carefree. We love you so much!
