It was a tough start to the season for Indianapolis, but Jonathan Taylor gave Colts fans something to appreciate. 👏

The Colts fell 41-23 at home against a talented Ravens team, but their star running back still found a way to put together a strong individual performance.

Taylor finished with:

💙 19 rushing attempts
🤍 98 rushing yards
💙 2 rushing touchdowns
🤍 23 receiving yards

He came just two yards short of the 100-yard rushing mark, finished with 121 total yards from scrimmage and found the end zone twice.

The Colts certainly wanted a different result from their season opener, but their RB1 showed once again how much of a difference-maker he can be for this offense.

DeForest Buckner didn't get a full season in 2025, but he still found ways to make an impact when he was on the field.

Despite appearing in only 10 games, Buckner finished with 47 tackles, nine tackles for loss and four sacks. He also recorded a TFL in three of his final four appearances.

That's a reminder of the level of production Indianapolis has come to expect from its veteran defensive tackle.

Now Buckner enters 2026 with the opportunity to put the injuries behind him and get back to doing what he's done for years.

A healthy Buckner can make a major difference for this Colts defense.

Tyler Warren already established himself as one of Indianapolis’ biggest weapons as a rookie, but Shane Steichen believes the second-year tight end still has another level to reach.

Warren caught 76 passes for 817 yards and four TDs in 2025, setting a Colts franchise record for receiving yards by a rookie tight end. He also added a rushing TD while lining up at tight end, receiver and in the backfield.

Steichen wants to see “more fluidity in and out of breaks” from Warren in Year 2. If his route running improves, one of the NFL’s most versatile young tight ends could become even harder to defend.
