Day 3️⃣ of Day Camp 2 is in the books!

Today’s focus was beating a defender from the side or at an angle. Campers worked through technical exercises before applying those skills in competitive 1v1 and 2v2 activities.

The day also featured a dribbling obstacle course focused on speed and control, a 2v2 passing challenge emphasizing first touch and decision-making, 9v9 games, and our always-popular 4v4 tournament.

Beyond the soccer, campers continued building friendships, representing their World Cup countries, competing for awards, and creating memories that will last long after camp ends.

At Coach Snape's Soccer Camps, we turned lunch into a World Cup watch party!

After a full morning of learning how to beat defenders 1v1 and 2v2 from the front - and how to defend effectively in 1v1 situations - our campers got to relax, eat lunch, and watch the biggest tournament in the world together.

The day was filled with skill challenges for prizes and awards, and we wrapped up the day with our always-competitive 4v4 tournament.

Day 1 was packed with soccer, learning, competition, and most importantly... FUN.

Day 3 came at us fast... and our campers were ready. 💪⚽

Today’s focus was learning how to beat a defender from the side or an angle. Campers worked on recognizing space, attacking defenders with confidence, and using the right technique at the right moment.

The day was packed with competition and development:
🔹 Dribbling obstacle course challenge (speed + accuracy)
🔹 2v2 passing contest (first touch, close control, and passing)
🔹 9v9 games to apply what we learned
🔹 4v4 tournament to finish the day

What makes camp special isn't just the technical growth - it's the teamwork, friendships, confidence, and memories being built every day. The smiles, competition, and support for one another have been outstanding all week.

In just a few days, teammates are created. Friendships are formed. Confidence grows. Players learn to support one another, celebrate each other's successes, and become part of something bigger than themselves.

The technical development matters. But so does the sense of belonging, teamwork, and community that makes camp an experience kids remember long after the final whistle.

What a fantastic start to the week at Coach Snape's Soccer Camp!

Today's focus was beating a defender from the front. Campers worked on technical moves, practiced them in competitive activities, and then applied them in a variety of 1v1 and 2v2 situations throughout the day.

The day also featured skill challenges, small-sided games, and plenty of opportunities to compete, learn, and have fun with teammates.

Today's theme was beating a defender from behind. Campers learned how to recognize pressure from behind, protect the ball, use different turns, and create space to attack.

Throughout the day, players put these concepts into action through technical exercises, competitive activities, and game-like situations.
