F3 Indy South - Fitness Fellowship Faith

Around 40 Pax and Family Members gathered last night for some Fellowship at Indy South’s End of Summer Family Picnic. Thanks to everyone for pitching in and bringing lawn games. What a great evening!

This past week, the men of F3 Indy South completed Forge Week. This is a challenging week of two back to back workouts per day (45 minutes each). With the exception of Sunday and Saturday, each workout started at 0430. 7 men completed all 14 workouts.

You might ask… why? It’s hard to explain but bonds were developed and each man learned they were capable of more than they thought. Despite the suffering, we had a fun week featuring tough workouts, amateur AI images, a game show themed workout, a treasure hunt with a chain locked chest, a Mario themed workout, more block parties than necessary, a cinder block ruck, and more laughs than anticipated. Well done men!
