Coach Andre, IRC’s Director of Youth Rowing & Head Coach, has earned his Level 3 High-Performance Coach certification from USRowing

Andre is one of 12 coaches recognized nationally to earn this certification after completing elite coaching modules in areas of biomechanics, long-term athlete development, and rowing philosophy, among several others, totaling over 100 hours of training. Full coverage at the link in our bio.

If you must use a hard bottle, put it in a gym sock. Want a boat buddy? Grab a matching pair of fun socks - one for each water bottle. Protect the boat and match your boat buddy! 🧦
