Kids grow up, they graduate, and they continue their journey into the next season of adulthood. We celebrated our graduating seniors last week who are all off to continue racing bikes in college. All three seniors have been a part of Midwest Devo for a long time and have left an impact on the kids, coaches, and culture of our team.
We’re proud of you Alec, Teagan, and Jackson (not pictured since he was off racing elite track nationals) and will be cheering you on from Indy.
Thank you for being a meaningful part of Midwest Devo. Welcome to the Support Crew.

Huge thank you to everyone who came to kick off the 2026 cyclocross season with us in Indianapolis. The vibes were high, the racing was hard, and the fun was had. Huge thanks to Indy Cycloplex - home of the Major Taylor Velodrome for providing us the venue to host the race and all the things that make racing easier there.
100% of all proceeds from race fees and food sales will help us continue to provide the kind of environment that lets over 110 kids discover their love for cycling and explore what it looks like to race at whatever level they're at.
See you all real soon.

Cross season is officially kicked off at Midwest Devo and we had a huge crowd tonight. From national champions to brand new riders on 24” cross bikes for the first time, we’ve got it all and we’re here for it. Huge thank you to Bicycle Garage Indy for getting all our loaner bikes dialed in for the season (over 25 bikes!) and for Indy Cycloplex - home of the Major Taylor Velodrome being our training grounds. The stoke is high.

This is peak Thursday nights. 60+ kids, parents, coaches, mountain bikes, wonderful trails, and beautiful weather. Huge thank you to the Indy Trail Collective for having Town Run dialed. If you’re not already a member of theirs, consider their minimal membership fee a token of gratitude for maintaining more than 40 miles of single track in the greater Indianapolis area for us all to enjoy.

Monday vibe check: Sleepy, sore, hungry, full hearts.
We kick off every season with a two-day team camp in Hoosier National Forest and Brown County State Park to bond as a team, dust the cobwebs off our MTB skills, and have some fun in the woods.
We saw kids tackle obstacles that many were afraid were beyond them, new and old friendships deepened, and families enjoying nature, bikes, and community together. We love our bikes, but it's all the other stuff we're after when it comes to community building and character development.
This camp is a ton of work! Huge thank you to dedicated volunteers running the programming on the bikes and camp logistics, and to the parents who make this happen for your kiddos. We hope you had a blast.
