We had another fantastic graduation last night. We go with a black belt motto that we train until we can do it and then we train until we can't forget it. Sometimes under a little pressure students can have some difficulties. This is one of the reasons a little pressure is good. It makes us perform when we might be a little uncomfortable. And unless we're a little uncomfortable, we don't really grow as a person and a martial artist. We must be willing to acknowledge mistakes and strengths so we can continuously improve our training. Keep on Fighting!
