Coach T! Our beloved General Manager AND owner of KTS.
Tracey has 11+ years of experience coaching strength, confidence, and healthier living. From first-time gym-goers to national-level powerlifters, from post-surgery recovery and pregnancy to military, police, and fire academy prep, Coach T meets every client where they are and builds a plan around their goals.
As a competitive powerlifter, she trains the way she coaches: hard, consistent, and always learning.
Tracey’s philosophy is simple. Consistency over perfection. Individualized coaching. Real accountability that lasts long after your sessions end.
When she’s not coaching or managing CCS, you’ll usually find her training for her next meet, cheering on her athletes, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or somewhere out in nature.

What a fun weekend at CCS! This past weekend was the Indiana Spring Fling. We always have the best time hosting these meets, and they couldn’t happen without the staff at each one.
