We are so excited to introduce our guest speaker, Rachel, who will be presenting to our dancers this Monday about Fueling for Dance. She brings a wealth of knowledge, and we are so excited for our students to gain this invaluable information!

Rachel Fine, MS, RD, CSSD, CEDS-C is a former dancer and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Eating Disorders. Rachel specializes in nutrition for dancers and performing artists. As the founder of To The Pointe Nutrition and The Healthy Dancer®, Rachel helps dancers build confidence with food, optimize performance and recovery, and support their long-term health through evidence-based, individualized nutrition strategies. With a background in sports nutrition and a deep understanding of the unique demands placed on dancers, Rachel works with dancers, their families, and dance organizations to redefine what it means to fuel for performance.

Come over between 5:15-7:15p on 7/27 and see what we’re all about! Meet some of our staff, win some prizes, and enjoy a sweet treat or two! We’d love to see you, and any of our current dance families there!

We’re jumping with excitement about our upcoming Open House! Make sure to join us on July 27th between 5::15-7:15 for a night of family fun!
