This weekend, CW competes to honor the life and legacy of Eric Namesnik.
Namesnik was a 2x Olympic Silver medalist, whose impact on swimming extended far beyond the pool. As a coach, mentor, and visionary, he believed in creating opportunities for athletes at all levels.
Namesnik played a vital role in shaping the vision that would become today’s Club Wolverine: a program where athletes of all ages and abilities could develop, compete, and thrive throughout their swimming journey.
As we compete at the 2026 Eric Namesnik Memorial Invite, we celebrate a leader whose passion helped build the foundation for our team.
