This authentic handmade Tibetan singing bowl I got in Tennessee on my way to Florida. I’m so grateful!
It sings so beautifully with my Peter Hess Therapy “Belly” Bowl.

The interior of the bowl is engraved with the Six-Syllable Mantra of Compassion (Om Mani Padme Hum), a sacred mantra associated with peace, loving-kindness, and spiritual awakening. Flowing decorative patterns surround the mantra, adding depth and elegance to the design. Around the outer bowl, the mantra continues, symbolizing protection and the continuous flow of compassionate energy.

On the bottom of the bowl, a finely etched conch shell symbol is featured—an auspicious emblem in Tibetan Buddhism representing the spreading of sacred teachings, awakening, and the call to truth.

This beautiful Japanese Rin Gong (Rin Bell /Japanese Singing Bowl) not only found its new loving home, but I also found a like-minded friend.

A Japanese Rin Gong is an inverted bell, made to be hit on the edge at the beginning of meditations or during prayer; is a traditional Japanese temple instrument.
