Card #55 | Celebrate Small Victories
A goal isn’t one moment. It’s a hundred small ones stacked.
Hit a step? Acknowledge it—out loud, on paper, in the moment.
Cleaner pass. Better ruck. Stronger finish.
One win. One rep. Then the next.
Because momentum isn’t given, it’s built.
And motivation dies fastest on long journeys with nothing to mark the miles.
Champions don’t wait for the finish line to celebrate—they fuel up along the way.
Name it. Own it. Build on it.

Your player DESERVES a game day experience where they can focus on learning and having FUN-not worrying about what you’re saying from the sidelines.
Here’s the truth: When parents understand the difference between supportive and distracting behavior, player development SKYROCKETS.
Before your season starts, take 2 minutes to:
-Watch the educational video
-Read The Sideline Project Pledge
-Add vour name to the movement
This simple action shows your commitment to giving your player their best season possible. Because youth sports belongs to the PLAYERS—not us.
Thanks to Rugby Indiana’s partnership with The Sideline Project, this resource is 100% FREE for our community!

Card #45 | Take Responsibility
Blame divides. Ownership builds.
When something goes wrong, own it immediately—not the refs, not the conditions, not your teammates.
"That's on me. Here's what I'll do differently."
Because the moment you name your part, you take back control of it.
And a team full of players pointing fingers has no one left holding the standard.
Champions don't look for who caused it—they look for what they can fix.
Own it. Name it. Fix it.

New Eligibility System for High School Players
High School Grade Confirmation is live in RX. It works alongside the existing age verification process: once your player registers, you'll get a unique link to upload age (if not already on file) and grade documents. Once cleared, your player is automatically checked off on their RX profile.
More details on accepted documents and deadlines are coming soon. Read the full breakdown on our website at https://rugbyindiana.com/?p=10368.
