Rep Ranges are important…. Once you figure one thing out.

→ Train at an effort that feels genuinely challenging for you. Failure isn’t a bad thing at the proper time.

→ Once that feels right, your rep range takes care of the rest

→ Topped out your range? Add a little weight next time

→ Small steps like that are what keep you moving forward

No guesswork, no comparing yourself to anyone else — just a plan built around you.

Let’s talk Rep Ranges.

Here’s why we use them for majority of clients at SquareOne.

For capable individuals we like to push intensity. When you find that intensity, you realize quickly you can’t just increase weight every week and hit the magic number 10 reps.

If you are, chances may be you haven’t found intensity. Intensity to an extent is needed for true progress.

We find that, progress up the rep range, increase when the top of the range is hit, technique looks solid, and repeat.

Your hips are the foundation. Are you training them like it?

Most people don’t think about their hips until something starts hurting — but weak or tight hips are usually the real reason behind that cranky knee or nagging low back pain.

Strong, mobile hips are what let you:
→ Squat, deadlift, and sprint with power
→ Protect your knees and low back
→ Move with better balance and control
→ Stay pain-free for the long haul

If you’ve been “working around” hip pain instead of fixing it, that ends now.

SquareOne is growing.

We’re looking for a Personal Trainer who believes great coaching is earned — through preparation, attention to detail, and a constant willingness to learn.

This isn’t a floor-trainer role. It’s a chance to work in a private coaching environment where every session is intentional, every client relationship matters, and the standard is high.

Whether you’re early in your career or ready to take your craft more seriously: bring humility, initiative, and a commitment to doing the small things well. Credentials matter — but curiosity, care, and work ethic matter just as much.

If you want to work hard, learn from real coaches, and help people build strength, mobility, and confidence — we want to hear from you.

Let’s be honest.

The big win is the picture. It’s where we’re aiming.

But, if you show up occasionally thinking one all out effort is going to get you there, it’s not.

It’s weeks and months of stacked, small wins, that you can win consistently and climb your way to the big win.

Small wins do not replace hard work. They build the foundation that lets you show up for it.

Stop waiting for the perfect moment. Start stacking wins.
