The Spartans were in Matthews on Sunday for their first official QCBL tournament, and they picked up right where they left off!

Couldn’t be more proud of these boys/girls and the way they competed all day. The first official tournament is officially in the books, and we’re just getting started! 💪🏼

⭐ 10U WEEKEND MVP — #41 BEN BONNER ⭐

Ben had himself a weekend! Between both games, Ben went 4-for-5 with 5 RBIs while also holding it down behind the dish at catcher. 💪🏼🔥

🔥 11U TRIBE SELECT 🔥
Meanwhile, our 11U Tribe Select team took on their first Top Gun tournament and battled their way to a 2-2 weekend, finishing strong by winning their bracket championship! 🏆

Couldn’t be prouder of these boys either. What a way to finish the weekend!

On the first day of the tournament someone said, “who and where is Indian Trail?!”

Coach Jeff Fink yelled, ”Union County and we’re about to win this whole thing!”

That night, the Indian Trail All-Stars beat Stanly County to win the Dixie Youth Baseball State Championship.
