New groups are now open for enrollment at Charlotte Rhythmic Gymnastics!
Enrollment is now open for new rhythmic gymnastics groups for girls ages 4 and up.
Starting a training journey in any sport with experienced coaches is extremely important. Our coaches have more than 25 years of experience and from the very beginning pay special attention to proper technique, discipline and self-confidence.

Last weekend, our girls had another FANTASTIC tournament in Chicago! They represented CRG and showed everyone what Charlotte is made of.
Many gold and silver medals were won over the weekend.
We applaud our girl's hard work and dedication to the team.

STAR CUP 2026
Over the weekend we hosted our annual Star Cup Competition!
It was two days tull of leotards, music, splits, apparatus, medals and of course hard work and grace! ✨
Our little stars as young as four performed their first routine all by themselves while our competitive teams leveled up from their previous competition and left it all on the floor Y We are so proud of our gymnasts.
Thank you coaches, organizers, parents and all the other teams for coming through and making it a spectacular event!
