Check out this goal from the Scotia FC 2008 boys. These boys work hard every session and it’s showing in their games. Some of their goals on Friday night were top quality 👏👏👏👏 This goal might of been the pick of the bunch. All but one player was involved in the buildup to the goal.

This program is designed around each individual. Each player is different and has different needs and we are here to build a program that is just for you.
Our coaches sit down with you and set goals in an initial meeting and then we come and watch a couple of your games. We analyze your performance in actual games so we can build your specific 1on1 program.
During the program the players get constant feedback and the program can change to the players needs. It’s really like no other and will help you take your game to the next level.
Sessions are flexible and don’t have to be weekly. Weekends are options too. We build the program around your schedule.

Excited to announce we have extended our partnership with The Soccer Lot This will see us coming in and running the Sunday Youth Pickup times, starting after Labor Day. Come on out on September 9th to see what its all about, and try a session for FREE that day!
We are going to be making a couple of changes. First of the time is changing to 12:00-2:00pm. Also we have both fields so we can accommodate more players! We are going to be introducing a technical training aspect. It will be focused on developing creative players. The sessions will include, awareness, decision making, technique, movement with and without the ball, and much more.
After our technical training of about 45 minutes to a hour, we move into our small sided games. This is the players chance to try what we where just practicing in a game situation.
We can't wait to get started and seeing everyone down there. If you don't have games on Sunday, then this is the perfect thing for you! Great location Down Town, and a great environment for the whole family.

Session planning last week, and planning for games. The Duktig Brand products are absolutely brilliant for coaches. The trainers 2.0 and session cards are what I've used the most, but the XL trainer is getting used more and more. If you're a coach what do you use to plan out your sessions and games?
