Seven academies represented today at Pirata Jiu Jitsu for Master Worlds competition training! This is what it’s all about 🥋🔥

The dust has settled after an amazing week of competition for Pirata Jiu Jitsu and VavaPirata team as a whole. The week started off with Jeremy, Mike and Jacob at the IBJJF Masters International in Long Beach, having Mike win his division, Jeremy taking double bronze, and Jacob capping it off with a double gold performance! .kuhlman.79

Just a few days later 5 Pirata Jiu Jitsu athletes took the super fight stage for the .louis , going 4-1 on the night! Jeremy flew back in just in time to hit has patented arm lock in STL as well.

But before all of that earlier Saturday morning, from had an incredible perfomance taking second at IBJJF Adult Worlds! An amazing accomplishment.

Huge shout out to , who not only coached all week in Long Beach, but was the head coach of both Faith and Devin Pirata leading up to their competitions!

Beautiful work by all, win or lose we come to scrap that’s no doubt! A week to remember!

Reminder: In observance of Memorial Day, this coming Monday the gym will be cancelling all classes except for an open mat at 11am, open to all! Normal schedule resumes Tuesday!

Huge congrats to the new 2026 European Champion, Jeremy Brick! After losing in the first round last year, coming back from a major knee surgery, working his butt off months on end he comes back to claim what’s his. Nobody works harder than this man, nobody wants it more! First major title at black belt, many more to come!! We couldn’t be more proud and impressed by his performance and work ethic day in and day out. Congratulations CHAMPION! Soak in the moment!!! DOG!!! DONT WISH FOR IT, WORK FOR IT!!
