Sorry we’ve been a little quiet since last race… sometimes you’ve gotta hit the books and try to figure out what to do. That’s exactly what Guy and Carlie have been up to. Carlie is still the points leader… by ONE point.

The track has made the decision to add Friday September 18th to the championship weekend. Should be interesting! Last time we had a two day championship race luck wasn’t on our side, until it was! In 2024 Carlie wrecked pretty bad Friday night, finished in the right spot Saturday night and still won the championship! That wreck ultimately totaled her first Prelude but we rebuilt another one!

We have high hopes and are feeling pretty good about what we’ve found and fixed on Carlie’s car.

We’re racing Idaho Falls Raceway September 18th and 19th for our championship weekend and we hope to see you there!!!

Current situation!!!

Guy, Carlie and the crew were busy wrenching on cars and chasing new found problems this afternoon and we’re feeling pretty confident we fixed quite a few of them. Waiting to run heats now, we’ll keep yall posted!

Brought the kitchen sink with us tonight incase we gotta throw it at one of the cars since we’ve thrown everything else we can think of at them!

Parts cars for the win!!!

Quick update! Dont have pictures for this one but will post some tomorrow!!

Carlie and Guy started side by side in their heat, Carlie finished 3rd, not really pushing the car just ran the laps. Didn’t want to risk hurting anything! Guy finished 5th, still working on some gremlins on both cars that just won’t go away.

Main: Guy started second row inside with Carlie starting third row outside. Carlie’s car decided to have a little trip up for a couple laps but after running the car in third for two laps it sorted itself out, that cost some time!! Drove it to a 4th place finish and a car in one piece. Guys car is doing the same thing, thought it sorted itself out but it did not and ultimately he ended up pulling off.

We race again tomorrow! After tomorrow we only have one race left. Tomorrow should be a big race! $750 to win the thing! We’re gonna head to the track early and see what we can find to improve on. We will see you all there!!!

Been working on the car this morning and now it’s wash and load time!

Big sport compact weekend! Love em or hate em it’s gonna be a good show!
Still working on getting the turbo - vtec swap done on this thing but I think we will make it!!
Totally joking. We have a few things to finish up that we’ve been waiting on parts for but parts are here now!
Friday night, we’re racing for $500, Saturday night we’re racing for $750!! My main goal this weekend is to be consistent and gain points. We’re praying we can keep this point lead!!
There’s only one race after this weekend!
