Join us for Tues eve at 7:15pm: Carolyn just had her once monthly Tues eve soma breath and meditation- always the 1st Tues of the month! The 2nd & 4th Tues eve is the Hatha Slow Flow & Stretch. And the 3rd Tues eve is the Somatic Movement to Music (which is also the 5th Tues eve when there is a 5th Tues).

Thur eve is gentle stretch, yin/restore, also at 7:15pm 🌟

Friday at 7:30am is a traditional yoga with pranayama and meditation online with Jon. And Friday 6pm is the lovely yoga nidra. Highly recommend, you just lie down and enjoy a guided meditation.

Tuesday 7:15pm Soma breathwork & Meditation the first Tuesday of the month with Carolyn (and then Hatha flow with Barb the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month- and somatic movement that’s donation based to music- Freeform movement on the 3rd & 5th Tuesday of the month) - all at 7:15pm ✨

And we have prenatal barre now at 5:30pm Tues & prenatal yoga at 7:30pm Thursdays- free to the community *live online & via recording, and we may add back in classes in person at mtn view hospital as well ✨✨✨
