They are such great leaders and role models, and we love seeing friendships grow across our teams. Dance is about so much more than what happens on stage. It’s about connection, belonging, teamwork, and learning to lift each other up.

SEPTEMBER IS HERE! 🍂✨ And our excitement is officially OFF THE CHARTS because FALL DANCE starts Tuesday, September 8! 🙌

The studio is getting a fresh new coat of paint, and we’re getting everything ready to welcome our dance family back for the 2026–2027 Fall/Spring Season!

WELCOME WEEK will be full of fun photo ops, little gifts, fresh spaces, and all the excitement of a brand-new season.

Precious PETITES making the most of the last days of summer! ☀️💦

Our Elite Petites celebrated the end of an AMAZING summer together with a pool party full of sunshine, swimming, giggles, and lots of team bonding! 🩱✨

And the cherry on top? 🍒 Getting a surprise visit from Miss Samantha! We absolutely LOVE the relationships our dancers build with their teachers and teammates. Those connections are such a special part of the Eagle Rock Dance experience.

Summer, you were SO good to us! Now these sweet girls are ready to dive into a brand new season together!

The first week of school is here, and we’re feeling all the emotions as five very special Eagle Rock Dance seniors begin their final year! 💎

We are SO excited to celebrate Sadie Yearsly, Hailey Jacobson, Lilee Bishop, Bethany Church, and Taylee Christensen throughout this year. We’ve had the privilege of watching these incredible young women grow not only as dancers, but as leaders, teammates, and beautiful examples for the dancers coming up behind them.

Seniors, soak it ALL in. ❤️ The lasts, the milestones, the friendships, the performances, and all those little moments in between. We’re so proud of you, and we can’t wait to make your senior year at ERD one you’ll always remember!

Introducing Wiggle Wednesday. Our NEW Toddler & Me Class!

This 6-week creative movement experience is designed for toddlers 18 months to 3 years and their grown-up. Come move, play, explore and spend some intentional bonding time together while introducing your little one to the magic of dance! 🥰

Sometimes when we talk about the “value of dance,” it’s easy to think about the obvious things. Learning technique, becoming more flexible, getting stronger, performing on a stage.

But there’s SO much more happening along the way.

Your child is learning how to walk into a room and try something that might be hard. How to take correction without giving up. How to work toward something for weeks or months before they finally get it.

They’re moving their body, building strength and coordination, and developing healthy habits.

They’re learning how to be part of a team. How to cheer for someone else, work together, take turns being in the front AND the back, and understand that sometimes the whole group matters more than the individual.

They get to be creative. To hear music and interpret it. To tell a story. To develop artistry and discover their own style and personality.

And maybe one of the biggest things they learn is resilience.

Things don’t always come easily in dance. Sometimes you fall. Sometimes you don’t get the part. Sometimes someone else progresses faster. Sometimes you work on the same skill over and over and over again.

And then one day…you get it.
That does something for a child.
It builds a quiet kind of confidence that says, “I can do hard things. I can keep working. I can get better.”

Of course we want them to become beautiful dancers.

But when you really think about everything they’re gaining through the process. Growth, health, strength, teamwork, artistry, creativity, resilience and confidence. The opportunity to experience all of that through dance training really is priceless.

Because ultimately, we’re not just teaching kids to dance.

We’re helping them become strong, capable, creative, confident humans.

And THAT is the value of dance. 🤍

Last week our Emerald Excel dancers soaked up the last of SUMMER while celebrating a new team + a new dance season together! 💦✨

We love seeing our dancers build friendships, make memories, and strengthen their team connection outside of the studio too.

Here’s to an AMAZING year ahead, Emerald Excel! We can’t wait to see all that this team accomplishes together!

Designed for beginning dancers ages 8–9, Create Showcase is the perfect opportunity for dancers who are ready to build their skills, gain confidence and experience the excitement of performing.

Dancers will enjoy:

• Two costumes to keep!
