Hello Avalanche Families,
We wanted to address the questions regarding Flip and Twist, and their involvement in our gym.
We had posted recently that Flip and Twist would be holding classes in our gym for a while. Flip and Twist came and set up mats, and were preparing to start classes. However, due to situations beyond our control, their classes have been canceled at our gym.

We loved seeing all the new faces, getting to meet and work with their staff, and we wish them the best. All questions regarding Flip and Twist should be sent to their email [email protected].

We have big news!
Flip and Twist will be joining us in our building for a little while!
We are excited to have them join us, and look forward to all the new faces in the gym!
We know you have a lot of questions, and we will be keeping everyone updated as we go, but here is a quick rundown for you:
1- Everything will still be separate. We handle our classes, they handle theirs.
2- There will be an adjustment period, and we appreciate your patience as we all navigate this new normal!
