From a quick workout to stepping it out with our student instructors, we had fun getting our bodies moving from start to finish!

Our student instructors were back on the board AND we had an upcoming coach step in to train our steppers! 🔥

We love seeing a child discover an interest and then giving them the space to practice, sharpen their skills, and grow in confidence.

We’ve got Lit’l Steppers ALL MONTH LONG!

These past weeks have been extra special as we introduced our student instructors! Here at Lit’l Steppers, that is what it is allllll about!

A space to help build confidence, leadership, and giving our kids opportunities to lead others.

And yes… you can come step with them! 💃 Come get moving with us!

Today was such a fun time with our Lit’l Steppers! 💃🏽✨

Our student instructors each took a turn leading a song for our class. This is our 3rd week giving them space to sharpen their leadership skills, and we’re so excited to see who they become!

At Lit’l Steppers, the fitness portion of Lit'l Champs, we often talk about character development. We get to watch these kids apply those lessons in real time and show them that you’re never too young to lead.
As leaders and instructors, it’s important that we don’t just lead. Let us encourage you to multiply yourself (train up the ones under your leadership), pass the torch and empower others to lead, too. That’s a small part of what we hope to cultivate here. ❤️

✨ TODAY’S CLASS RECAP!

Our upcoming instructors had the opportunity to step up and lead again this week! We love giving these steppers a chance to practice what it means to lead a class!

And of course… we had to bring the 🔥 with our Step Challenge + Plank Challenge! 💪🏽

We love watching our Lit’l Steppers grow in confidence, encourage one another, and discover that they can lead too!
