3 years ago today, I opened the doors to Lindsey Kay Fitness. 🥹

I knew I wanted to create a place where women could get STRONG, but I don’t think I could’ve imagined just how special the community inside these walls would become.

Hundreds of PRs. Countless babies and kiddos through our childcare room. Women walking in nervous and becoming stronger and more confident than they knew they could be. Friendships made. So many laughs. And so much pink! 💖

Thank you to every woman who has trusted me and been a part of LKF over these last three years.

Happy 3rd Birthday to my little dream turned reality. 🎂

Visited my Grandma for her 90th birthday this past weekend & of course we had to get in a quick workout 💪

At 90 years old, she still lives independently, drives, tends to her garden, and continues doing life for herself.

She’s such an inspiration and the perfect reminder of why we strength train, not just to lift heavier weights, but to stay strong, capable, and independent for as long as possible.

Strong looks good at EVERY age. 🩷
