Meet our Hip Hop Teaching Artist: Cedrick Scruggs! Cedrick is bringing explosive energy and fun to Dance Africa. Cedrick graduated from Troy University's BFA Dance program and has performed professionally with Disney Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Line. Most recently, he performed in and served as Rehearsal Director for Southern DanceWorks' "James Baldwin: A Letter to My Nephew". Sign up today!

Community Dance Festival and Showcase (CDFS) returns this summer on June 27 for a free, multigenerational celebration of dance that brings the community together.

CDFS features classes in various genres, and performances by local dance groups representing a wide range of cultural traditions and styles, all on one stage.

This event is open to all ages and welcomes everyone, whether you are a dancer, supporter, or simply curious to experience the power of movement in community. No experience needed!
