We know many of you are eager to hear more about suppressor transfers on a Form 4, especially in light of the recent rulings. We’re just as eager to provide clear answers.

We have spoken directly with the ATF, as well as several industry experts, to better understand how these transfers should be handled moving forward. The ATF is expected to release official guidance for dealers, but unfortunately, that guidance is taking longer than we would like.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this changing landscape. Our goal is to make sure we have a complete understanding of the new process—including who qualifies, who does not, and which products are eligible.

There are a number of factors and variables that need to be considered, and this new territory is considerably more complex than some of the information circulating online may suggest.

We’ll continue to monitor developments closely and share accurate information as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience and for trusting us to get this right.

We are actively working to get clear specific guidance on how to proceed with the sale and transfer of suppressors in the state of AL.

There’s a lot of info floating around the internet. Please understand that it is not as black and white as some are making this out to be.
