Now offering a Parent & Me Gymnastics

Our Parent & Me Gymnastics class is a fun, parent-assisted class designed to help young children build the skills they need to successfully transition into an independent preschool gymnastics class.

With a parent or adult actively participating, children will learn important classroom skills such as waiting their turn, following directions, standing in line, listening to the instructor, and moving safely from one activity to the next.

Children will also be introduced to basic gymnastics skills including rolling, jumping, balancing, climbing, hanging, and beginner skills on the floor, bars, beam, and vault.

The goal of this class is to build confidence, independence, coordination, and listening skills while gradually preparing children to participate in a gymnastics class without a parent by their side.

Parents participate and assist throughout the class.
