Pepper got to play one of her favorite sports this past weekend…NASDA! Pepper really lights up for those ratties! 5/6 Level II Qs for the Pepperoni, plus her first High in Class! She gets to do this again in March and maybe earn another couple titles 🐀

Happy 7th Birthday to my special girl, Chess. I truly can’t believe she is 7. SEVEN. Where did the time go? This girl isn’t letting age catch up to her just yet, though. She recently tied her PB in Seven Up and got a new PB in Frizgility! Every time I get to compete with her is a privilege, and I’m excited for many more years of sharing the field with her. Love you, Chessteroo. ♟️

Jumping into 2024! Happy New Year!

We finished off 2023 with Beatle’s best Freestyle round to date! He hit all of his vaults and caught nearly everything I threw for him! It was a 10+ pt PB! We’re headed to Florida in a few days for the Game Changers Disc Conference, and I am SO excited to really start building some Freestyle sequences and tricks with this boy.

I also am dealing with a mild virus that has caused laryngitis. I’ve never had laryngitis, and it’s so weird to deal with dogs with no voice. I’m relying on snaps and whistling a lot of the time. 😅

Anyway, here’s to a new year with lots of fun things in store! 🥂

My first team photos with Beatle. I’m so impressed with the progress he’s made this year! He’s still young, but he has such a maturity about him when he’s working. We get compliments from strangers all the time on how well-behaved he is. Excited to see him continue to progress in his tasking abilities over the next year.

Indigo is doing so well on her hypothyroid meds! She’s lost some weight, she’s less testy, and her energy level has improved so much! She also finally blew coat, and it looks so much healthier. You can really see the difference if you check a few posts back. 🤩
