Men of South Huntsville — Bailey Cove, Jones Valley, Hampton Cove — this is your invitation and your challenge.

This morning at Tiger King, seven men posted in the gloom at Sandra Moon Community Center.

We warmed up, then got after a simple but humbling workout:

Squats.
Burpees.
Jump squats.
Skaters.

7… 14… 21… 28… back to 21.

Legs were shaking. Lungs were working. Every round was a decision to keep going.

That’s what F3 is about. Fitness, Fellowship, Faith. We call it accelerating men. You push your body, you lock in with other men, and you grow stronger in ways that carry into your home and work.

In the COT (Circle of Trust) we hit something that matters:

Take the chance. Risk failing. That’s how you become a better leader of men.

A lot of guys avoid things where they might look awkward or fall short. So they stay comfortable. Growth doesn’t live there.

At F3, you’re surrounded by men doing the same hard work. Struggling. Learning. Getting better together.

A very special day yesterday, as our boy and big time HIM, Bomb Pop, married his beautiful bride and daughter of the founding PAX and first Nantan of F3 Huntsville. We kicked the day off right with a wedding 💒 themed beat down that 29 PAX, including much of the wedding party, participated in. What a joy to see the Lord’s work in these two and throughout our region.

Congrats Bomb Pop! We love you!

One week ago today, F3 Huntsville hosted our first Grow Ruck Training Event, GTE051. 42 men from F3 Huntsville and other regions around the southeast went under the weight for an overnight experience designed to push each man to his limits and forge relationships through teamwork.

The event brought new significance to the F3 credo... "Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him."

99 PAX posted for the 5 year anniversary F3 Huntsville Convergence and GTE051 “King Builder” workout this morning.

Tonight, at 6 PM, about 45 men step off into the crucible, an overnight rucking event starting at Big Spring Park and ending sometime tomorrow morning. Keep these men in your prayers tonight as they work to lead, serve, and get better.

F3 GrowRuck is the premier leadership training event for the men of F3. We can’t wait to see the acceleration that comes from these men’s experience this weekend!

7️⃣2️⃣ HIM showed up and put in the WORK this morning at the F3 Huntsville 4th of July 🇺🇸 Convergence! The PAX were rewarded with breakfast courtesy of Hazmat, Mario and Snowflake. F3 Magic at its best.
