Doors open at 5PM with our Vendor Market and live music 🎶 From local boutiques and athletic clothing to meal prep and cut flowers – this lineup is all about wellness in every form, because feeling well isn't just about movement, it's about feeling good inside and out 🫶

Then at 6:30PM, we'll move into our movement class together. Shop, sip, connect, and stretch — Wild Wonderful Well has something for everyone 🌄

We are so excited to be part of a fantastic event for health & wellness in the city of Huntington. Join the BDY Team in a dynamic warm-up on Sunday, September 13 at 1:45 PM before the Fit Fest run/walk 5k race 🏃‍♂️

Fit Fest supports the Paul Ambrose Trail for Health (PATH) - a growing network of pedestrian and biking trails throughout the city designed to encourage safe, accessible physical activity for all residents. Donations collected at this event will go directly to PATH in support of this mission ✨

We will also be raffling off a two week pass to the studio, so lace up those sneakers & meet us on the trail ❤️‍🔥

What a morning. ☕️🧘‍♀️ Saturday’s open house was our way of saying thank you to every single one of you who has supported this small business since day one.

We sculpted, we stretched, we sipped incredible coffee from Stonehouse Coffee, and we opened our doors so you could see the reformers in action and feel what this space has become ✨

Your town is so cute because a small business owner took a risk to build it there. That’s the truth of it — and it’s only possible because of a community that shows up. We’ve grown so much, and we’re just getting started. Here’s to what’s next. 🤍
