We offer a variety of classes, courses, and events to help you live a more balanced life.

They will learn how to use their breath to feel present, how to move their body to feel strong, how to use their mind to connect to their self love, and at the end of each class they get a head massage, a soundbath, and a gemstone!

🌻 NEW CLASS ALERT 🌻

Starting Wednesday October 2nd, our 4-5pm class will be MELLOW FLOW led by, Alison Zimmer.

This class was requested by our current students. Something a little harder than Tuesday gentle yoga, but not as hard as vinyasa flow. Great for beginners and those looking for less intensity with their practice. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

Art + Mindful Conversation
🎨we start the class by setting up the room, doing art, and talking about the days theme.

Breath
🫁we talk about the importance of breathwork and practice different styles.

Yoga
🤸lots of movement...we love headstands!!!

Break + Community Walk
👋we walk to the bathroom and downstairs to say hi to our neighbors.

Meditation
💆intuition stones/guided meditation/head massages/savasana

Sound Healing
🎼kids get to play the instruments as well

Your child may drop in for a single class, join us for the week, or come as they please. We welcome all types of kids, and have many lessons rooted in self love.

Family night at is so special! We host this class once a month and always have such a great response.

This month has a theme of self love 💕
The class is all ages, and no experience is required.

You will enjoy mindful conversations with your children, simple breathwork, gentle yoga, a beautiful soundbath, aromatherapy, head massages, intuition stones (for your child to take home), and hands-on playtime at the end.

Join us this Saturday 6:30-7:30pm.

You’ll be surprised at how much your young children enjoy spending this time with you!
