🐴 COOPER RIDGE IS LOOKING FOR A FEW NEW FACES! 🤍

Some of our favorite girls have recently headed off to college, which means we have a few spots to fill on our Cooper Ridge crew! 🥹

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, horse-experienced individuals to join us part-time at Cooper Ridge. This is a very flexible position.

This position includes general barn chores, feeding, cleaning stalls, turnout, handling horses, and assisting with the day-to-day care of our therapy, rehab & conditioning horses.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous horse experience and is confident handling a variety of horses
• Is dependable and shows up when scheduled
• Is hardworking and able to work independently once trained
• Has reliable transportation
• Is willing to learn our routines and conditioning equipment
• Is comfortable working in all the lovely Indiana weather that comes with a horse barn 😂

Scheduling is fairly flexible and could be a great fit for a high school or college student with horse experience!

🥈 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO DR. HAYLEY MESCH! 🐴👏

We have to give a big shoutout to our amazing vet, Dr. Hayley Mesch, and her horse Constant Leigh on becoming USEA Beginner Novice Rider Reserve National Champions! 🤩

We’re so lucky to have Dr. Mesch as part of the team that helps keep our Cooper Ridge horses feeling and performing their best. Pretty cool when your vet is just as competitive in the saddle as the rest of us. 😉

We’re considering adding a Cold Salt Water Spa to the therapy lineup at Cooper Ridge in the years to come, we want to know if YOU would actually use it!

This would be available for haul-in sessions and could be another great option for:
❄️ Post-performance recovery
💦 Swelling & inflammation support
🐴 Sore muscles & joints
💪 Rehab & maintenance
🏆 Keeping performance horses feeling their best

Nothing is set in stone yet! We’re simply trying to see if there’s enough interest in our area to make bringing one to Cooper Ridge worthwhile.
