Month 1 is here, and we’re kicking off the 6 for 6 Challenge with the habit that lays the foundation for everything else: Hydration.

Your goal this month: Drink 0.67 × your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water each day.

Hydration does more than quench your thirst - it supports your energy, recovery, performance, digestion, and overall health. Small, consistent choices each day can make a big difference in how you feel both in and out of camp.

A few tips to help you succeed:
• Start your day with a glass of water.
• Carry a reusable water bottle with you.
• Drink water before, during, and after camp.
• Track your progress and celebrate your consistency.

Remember, this challenge isn’t about perfection - it’s about building habits that last.

Let’s make hydration a non-negotiable this month and set the stage for a strong finish to the year.
