“The internet can give you exercises. It can’t assess your golf body.”

There’s nothing wrong with looking up mobility drills, stretches, or golf fitness tips online.

But the same exercise that helps one golfer may do nothing or even aggravate symptoms for another.

Your back, shoulder, elbow, or loss of distance may be influenced by more than one “tight” muscle:

-Your weekly golf and range-ball volume

-Hip or upper-back mobility

-Strength and control through rotation

-Previous injuries

-Swing mechanics

How well your body currently tolerates the load you’re asking it to handle

Generic information can be helpful.

But it cannot assess your movement, identify what is actually limiting you, or build a plan around your goals and your golf game.

You don’t need another random stretch from the internet.

You need clarity on what your body needs to play stronger, move better, and stay on the course.

Every body moves differently, and every person brings a unique movement history to the course or in everyday movemny. Whether it’s stiffness, pain, or limited mobility, small restrictions can have a big impact on how you move.. and how you play.

Hands-on treatment is one tool we use to restore movement, reduce pain, and help your body perform the way it’s designed to. Because when your body moves better, your golf swing often follows, and you go about tour day with less limitations.

You don’t have to wait until you’re injured to work on your body. The best performance starts with taking care of it before it becomes a problem.

⛳ Move better. Swing better. Play longer.

Your swing is only as good as the body behind it.

Too often golfers spend hours changing mechanics when the real limitation isn’t the swing, it’s the body’s ability to get into the positions the swing demands.

Limited hip mobility. Stiff thoracic spine. Restricted shoulders.

Your body will always find a way to complete the motion… even if that means compensating. Those compensations can cost you distance, consistency, and eventually lead to pain.

Before chasing another swing tip, ask yourself:

Does my body have the mobility to make the swing I’m trying to create?

Assess the body first. Improve the movement. Then build the swing.

⛳ Better movement. Better golf.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see in golfers is that pain automatically means they need to put the clubs away.

While rest can be appropriate in some situations, many golfers benefit more from identifying why the pain is happening than simply avoiding the game they love.

Pain is often your body’s way of telling you that something needs to change, whether that’s your mobility, strength, workload, recovery, or movement strategy.

The goal isn’t to avoid movement.
The goal is to move better.

When you improve the way your body moves, you don’t just reduce pain, you create the foundation for a more consistent, more powerful golf swing.

If you’re changing your swing because of pain, it might be time to address the body first.

⛳ Play more.
💪 Move better.
🏌️ Perform at your best.

Your golf swing doesn’t exist in isolation.

It reflects how well your body moves.

If you’re dealing with stiffness before your round, recurring aches, or you’ve hit a plateau in distance, it’s easy to assume you just need more range time.

But often, the biggest limitation isn’t your swing—it’s your movement.

At Par Performance, we combine golf-specific movement assessments, one-on-one physical therapy, hands on treatment, and performance training to help you:
✔️ Move more efficiently
✔️ Reduce pain
✔️ Increase power and distance
✔️ Stay healthy through every season

Whether you’re chasing a lower handicap or simply want to enjoy the game without pain, your body is your greatest piece of equipment!

Train it like one.
