Congratulations to our EMPLOYEE of the MONTH: Mr. Tyler!
Not only is Tyler a fantastic instructor in our Swim Academy, he also helps out with the Summer Camp and is an alumni of the Evolution Aquatics Swim Team. Tyler has been home from college working for the Summer and is always here when scheduled, on time and ready to work. The kids he works with adore him as do his co-workers and other staff.

As we celebrate Lifeguard Appreciation Day today, we wanted to take a moment to recognize our AMAZING Lifeguard staff that works hard to keep our patrons and our pools safe! They are the true “superheroes” of any facility. These three are just a few of the lifeguard staff that you see on deck daily braving the heat and keeping watch over everyone. We are grateful for all of them today and everyday!

James has made an impact in the time he has been here so far. He works with our After School Program and Summer Camp and has quickly become a favorite of all the kiddos. James works hard to make sure all the kids are having but also being safe. He is dependable and conscientious and always willing to help out.

Congratulations to our EMPLOYEE of the MONTH: Jim!
Jim is hands-down one of the most genuinely nice people you will ever meet. Even when he's working hard and in the middle of a project, he goes out of his way to greet customers and other staff members. He has single handedly refinished and refurbished all the lockers and benches in the locker rooms and takes pride in the work that he is doing.

Congratulations to our EMPLOYEE of the MONTH: Ms. Rebecca! Not only does she work the front desk but Rebecca also helps to run our After School Program and Camps. She is our art expert and does a fantastic job coming up with amazing art for the kiddos to do. Her love for her job and the kids that she connects with shines through!

Jennifer has been with Evolution for YEARS. She works hard. She is passionate about the success of Evolution and is one of those employees that you can always count on. No matter the issue. Not only does she coach for the swim team, she also is one of our Swim Academy Admins and is a full time mom! She juggles all her roles with grace and ease.
