We’re kicking off our new lesson plan with something that comes first in every gymnastics journey: Safety & Introductions.
Our gymnasts are getting comfortable in the gym, learning how to move and land safely, meeting their coaches and classmates, and getting introduced to the equipment they’ll be using throughout the year.
It’s more than learning gymnastics skills—it’s about building a safe, positive foundation for learning, confidence, and growth. ❤️
And this is just the beginning! As the year progresses, our lesson plans build on these foundations so gymnasts can keep learning, moving, and growing.
