On this Memorial Day please remember that the updated American Academy of Pediatrics drowning prevention guidelines say that swim lessons should start after a child’s first birthday. Swim skills cannot drown proof a child. There is no evidence that infant lessons reduce drowning on their own. The real protection is parent education, close supervision, and water competency. Sign up for swim lessons with us today.
