A whole new way to flow, stretch, strengthen, and reset. Using the support of the bungee, we’re taking traditional yoga-inspired movement OFF the mat and into the air.

Expect deep stretches, controlled movement, balance, mobility, a little core work… and that weightless feeling you can only get in a bungee. 💕

Low impact. Feel-good. Beginner friendly. And unlike any yoga class you’ve taken before.
